What's The Maximum Amount Of RAM Supported By The 2011 Mac Mini?

Question:

Can I put more than 8GB of memory in my 2011 Mac mini?
- Asked by Norman W. October 26th, 2011

Answer:

There were three Mac mini models released in 2011 with model identifiers Macmini5,1 to Macmini5,3. Each model takes 1333MHz DDR3 PC3-10600 SDRAM and has two memory slots. The Apple Store currently only lets you put 8GB in these Mac mini models, but they can support as much as 16GB.

You can find more info about each and every Mac mini release and their upgrade specs by visiting the Mac mini memory section of App Sliced Memory.
