Answer:
Go to the contact either through the Contacts app or the Phone app on your iPhone. Tap the Edit button at the top right of the contact and then swipe down. You will now see fields for "Ringtone", "Vibration" (for phone), "Text tone", and "Vibration" (for text). Tap on the appropriate field and select a tone. Click Save to finish.
