How Do I Search On My iPhone?

From the Home screen, swipe to the right to bring up the search screen. Type in your search query and the device will search through app names as well as in certain apps like Mail, Address Book, iCal, iTunes, etc.

This works for both the iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch.
