Answer:
Yes, launch the AirPort Utility on your Mac (it's located inside Applications > Utilities). Click on your network and hit the Edit button. Then select the Wireless tab and click Wireless Options. You should see a checkbox that says "5GHz network name". Check the box and enter a name. Choose your country and hit Save.
