Answer:
Tap on the Recents section in the Phone app on your iPhone. To delete an individual listing you can swipe to the left on the call to bring up a "Delete" button. Or if you want to clear all, tap the "Edit" button at the top right and then the "Clear" button on the top left. Then tap "Clear All Recents".
