How Do I Check For Software Updates?
Question: How Do I Check For Software Updates?
Sometimes Software Update pops up on my screen but I never know when it's going to happen. How do I manually check to see if there are any updates for my software?Asked by Kevin H.
Answer:
There are two ways to manually check for Software Updates on your Mac.
The first option is to click on the Apple menu on the top left of your screen and select Software Update.
Or you can click on the Apple menu, go to System Preferences, then click on the Software Update panel. From there you can manually check for updates and also adjust the frequency for automatic update checks.
