Can I Upgrade The RAM In The MacBook Pro 13 Inch Retina Display?

Question: Can I Upgrade The RAM In The MacBook Pro 13 Inch Retina Display?

Is it possible to upgrade the memory in my 13 inch retina display on my own?

Asked by Cherie C.

Answer:

No, the RAM in the MacBook Pro Retina Display is soldered to the motherboard, so it cannot be upgraded after you purchase the Mac. Instead, you have to purchase it with the RAM already upgraded. We recommend checking out B&H or MacMall to find those buying options (just click from any of our B&H or MacMall links on Apple Sliced product pages).
