Can I Return My iPad 3 For The iPad 4?

I just bought the iPad 3 last week. Can I exchange it for the upgrade version that was just announced?

There have been reports that the Apple Store is exchanging iPad 3 models purchased within 30 days of the October 23, 2012 iPad announcement. The iPad must be in excellent condition in order to be considered. It's worth heading to your local Apple Store to see if they will upgrade yours for free.
